After completing secondary school, Daniel was accepted into university to complete a degree in architecture. At the same time, he had a passion for both design and the practical side of construction. He started his carpentry apprenticeship in 2010 to get a solid footing in the real world of building, and went on to complete a Diploma of Building Design becoming registered with the Building Designers Association of Australia (BDAA). Today Daniel leads a dedicated 14-person team from our office in Batemans Bay. That rare combination of hands-on trade experience meets formal design expertise is what makes Perrem genuinely different.

Our Approach"We engaged Daniel in 2020 to undertake a comprehensive renovation of our newly purchased beach house at Malua Bay. We sought to convert what was originally a 1960s fibro shack in poor interior and exterior condition to a cottage with all modern conveniences. This included replacement of interior asbestos ceilings and walls, cladding of all exterior walls, total reroofing, a small extension, completely new bathrooms, kitchen and bedroom fit outs. The outcome is excellent and everything we hoped for. "
