Daniel Perrem Building and Drafting is a young, cutting edge design and construct company, designing and building beautiful modern homes and renovations across the NSW Shoalhaven and Eurobodalla regions.
We have a passion for well-designed buildings and high efficiency homes. We love envisioning alternate designs considering Hydronic underfloor heating, solar passive designs and the passive house standard. Our company manages all phases of the building lifecycle, including in-house design, drafting and modelling. We also take into account maintenance for the home owner, and specialise in low maintenance house designs with pre-finished materials.

Through our 3D design model and photorealistic renders, clients are able to see an accurate model of their home and revise and modify their design.
Our professional and experienced building and trade teams construct your high quality home. We regularly update our clients throughout the build as it progresses, with reports and photos.

Daniel grew up in the beautiful village of South Durras and started his building and drafting company in 2017. He started the process to design and build his own solar passive home at the age of 24. Now at the age of 27, Daniel is one of the youngest practising builders on the South Coast.
“Moving permanently from Canberra to the coast; needing to work from home; and wanting to protect our precious bush and wildlife meant careful extensions and renovations were needed to our 30+ year old beach house. It’s hard to imagine a build where you don’t have a single complaint, teams and products turn up on time and all work is done to a very high standard. We also marvel at the pleasant, co-operative and problem-solving approach adopted by Daniel and his team. Most importantly we are thrilled with the result! We have a beautiful new section to our home and renovations to the old. Disruption to work and our lives was minimal (as was building mess).
